  Pros:
  Nice people.
  The place is quiet no road or train noise just the occasional plane.
  Showers are clean.
  Park is very clean.
  Boardwalk that goes into the gulf
  
  Cons:
  Lots are not level.
  Pool is not heated.
  Wi-Fi is not very fast.
  
  Pretty good overall
